1. About these terms
These Terms form a binding contract between you (the "Client") and VizCraft Real Estate Visual Production ("VizCraft", "we", "us"). Where you are placing an order on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
Any additional terms in a written quote, white-label agreement, or signed contract take precedence over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.
2. Our services
We provide real estate visual production services including (but not limited to) photo editing, virtual staging, 2D and 3D floor plans, video editing, Matterport editing and floor plan conversion, CGI rendering, and white-label production. The specific services and deliverables are set out in your order confirmation or quote.
We do not perform on-site property photography or video capture. We work from files you supply (RAW, JPEG, sketches, CAD, Matterport scans, etc.).
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and exclude VAT where applicable. Per-image and per-plan prices are published on vizcraft.biz/pricing. Volume discounts apply to monthly orders above defined thresholds — agreed in writing per client.
Payment is due on delivery for ad-hoc orders and on monthly invoice (NET 7) for established white-label and volume partners. Late payments accrue interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate from the due date.
We accept payment via Stripe (card and Apple Pay), bank transfer, and PayPal. Payment processing fees, where applicable, are absorbed by VizCraft.
4. Turnaround times
We commit to the following standard turnaround times from receipt of complete order materials:
- Single-exposure photo editing: 6–12 hours
- HDR / flambient editing: 6–12 hours
- Day-to-dusk conversion: 6–12 hours
- 2D floor plans: 6–12 hours
- 3D floor plans: 48–72 hours
- CGI floor plans: 3–5 business days
- Virtual staging: 6–12 hours
- Matterport editing: 6–12 hours
- Video editing (walkthrough): 6–12 hours; cinematic: up to 24 hours
Rush delivery (4-hour turnaround) is available on request and may attract a surcharge. We will agree any rush surcharge in writing before starting work.
5. Revisions and approval
Every order includes up to 2 free revisions per deliverable. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Revisions beyond the included 2 are billed at 50% of the per-item rate.
If we have not received a revision request within 14 days of delivery, the deliverable is deemed accepted and the order is considered complete.
6. Intellectual property and licensing
Source files you provide
You warrant that you own or have licensed all rights necessary to share property photos, plans, and other source files with us, and that no third-party rights are infringed by our processing of those files.
Edited deliverables
Upon full payment, all rights in the edited deliverables transfer to you (the Client) on a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free basis. You may use the deliverables for any commercial property marketing purpose, including listings on Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, your website, social media, brochures, and direct mail.
Where deliverables include virtual staging, you agree to clearly label such images as "virtually staged" or "digitally furnished" when displayed on property portals.
Our reuse
We may use anonymised, blurred, or otherwise unidentifiable versions of work as portfolio examples on our website and in marketing materials, unless you specifically opt out in writing (white-label clients are opted out by default).
7. Confidentiality and NDAs
We treat all client briefs, property details, and supplied files as confidential. We do not disclose, share, or republish them outside the scope of the order.
White-label partners are covered by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement as standard. The NDA covers project briefs, deliverables, client information, and the existence of the white-label relationship itself.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: misrepresentation of properties, fraud, infringement of third-party intellectual property, or production of content that breaches UK advertising standards (ASA/CAP code).
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, particularly where the intent appears to be misleading buyers or tenants.
9. Liability and warranties
We warrant that all deliverables will be produced with reasonable skill and care. Where a deliverable fails to meet that standard, our liability is limited to re-doing the work or refunding the fee paid for that item, at our discretion.
We do not warrant that any deliverable will achieve a specific marketing outcome (clicks, viewings, offers, etc.). Property marketing results depend on many factors outside our control.
Subject to applicable UK law, our maximum aggregate liability under or in connection with the Terms — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the total fees paid by the Client to VizCraft in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited.
10. Cancellation and termination
You may cancel any single order before work has begun for a full refund. Once work has begun, cancellation entitles you to a partial refund proportional to work not yet completed.
Monthly volume / white-label agreements may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice, unless a longer term is specifically agreed in writing.
We may suspend or terminate services immediately if invoices are more than 30 days overdue, or if you breach the Acceptable Use section above.
11. Dispute resolution
Most concerns are resolved by talking to us. Please contact us first at info@vizcraft.biz — we typically respond within 1 hour during UK business hours.
For formal disputes that cannot be resolved by direct communication, the parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation under the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) before commencing legal proceedings.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Active orders are governed by the Terms in force at the date of order. Material changes affecting recurring agreements will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.
